Return Eligibility

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. We may request photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
  2. Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products ordered with personalized or customized options.
  • Products that do not have any defects or errors as described above.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team via email at mark@aussieinvader.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the product.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting the condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [mark@aussieinvader.com].

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the time of purchase, as long as they have not already been sent to production. If the order has been moved to production, we cannot accept cancellations.
